Psoriasis, in most cases, generated patches of red, inflamed skin that become scaly and flake off, or crack, leaving painful sores and cracks in the skin.

In reality, it is impossible to contract psoriasis from another person. Why? Psoriasis is not caused by bacteria, viruses, or fungi.
• It is not contracted from other people, nor can it be passed on to others through airborne particles, body fluids, skin contact, etc. In short, it is unfortunate that you have it, but your family members and workmates are safe; they cannot contract this condition by being close to you.
• At this time, the old skin slowly sheds off, and the new skin takes over the job of protecting the body and regulating body temperature (among other tasks). Psoriasis radically changes the situation, which really makes this skin condition a formidable opponent.
• When you have psoriasis, the skin underneath the old skin regenerates too quickly. Skin tissue, like other tissues, has definite mass, so it has to push upward from where it is produced.
• Instead of taking a whole month (approximately four weeks on the average), the new skin breaks through the surface of the old skin after only a few days.
• Psoriasis often affects specific/isolated areas of the body, so if you have psoriasis you will notice that the skin condition is more prominent in only one or two parts of your body.
• Why is psoriatic skin often irritated and itchy? The chronic itchiness and flaky appearance of psoriatic skin is a consequence of skin forming irregular plaques on the surface of the skin.
• Psoriatic plaques are areas of the skin where there is more new skin than usual. These thick, unruly patches tend to be dry and itchy (and not to mention unattractive, in most cases).

There are areas of the body that are commonly and easily affected by the disease of psoriasis. These are:

1. On any day and at any suitable time, all you have to do is:
2. Make a fresh ablution;
3. Sit on a prayer mat;
4. Recite Durood Shareef 3 times in the starting;
5. Then recite Ya Sha’afi 1000 times;
6. Then again recite in the end;
7. After finishing this, blow 3 times in the bottle full of clean drinkable water;
8. After blowing, Make a dua to ALLAH Ta’ala from the bottom of your heart and ask for the sake of Prophet Muhammad SallALLAHU Alayhe Wasallam to grant you a cure;

10. Agle roz amal shuru karne se pahle botal mein fir se pani bhar dijiye. Usi botal par thik wese hi amal kar ke dam kar dijiye;
11. Isi tarah se rozana kijiye jab tak apko chambal ke amraz se shifa na mil jaye.

Ghaur Talab: Is amal ko karne ka koi tay waqt aur yawm muqarrar nahi hai. Ap chahe jab shuru kar sakte hai. Khawateen ye amal haiz/maahwari/ayyam ke roz ke dauran bhi kar sakti hai wuzu bana kar lekin yad rahe ke ja namaz par nahi bethe.
